Job Title: Creative Visionary

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Creative Visionary to lead our brand's visual identity and design language. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative output and ensuring it aligns with our premium feel and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve our brand's visual identity and design language.
  • Align all creative output with brand positioning, premium feel, and campaign objectives.
  • Conceptualize and lead seasonal and thematic campaigns for launches, festivals, and collections.
  • Oversee photography and videography oversight, including product, lifestyle, and editorial photoshoots, as well as video production.
  • Guide art direction, shoot styling, prop planning, and set aesthetics.
  • Supervise the creation of digital and print creatives, including website banners, emailers, social media posts, print ads, packaging, brochures, signage, and retail graphics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading creative teams and driving brand vision.
  • Strong understanding of visual identity and design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
