Lead Creative Vision

We are seeking a multi-disciplinary design leader to drive the end-to-end creative vision for our brand and clients.

This role requires expertise in graphic design, video content, and website design, along with strong proficiency in AI-powered design tools.

  • Define and drive the creative strategy, brand identity, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
  • Lead design conceptualization, campaign art direction, and execution for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and high-end productions.
  • Integrate AI-based tools into creative workflows to scale productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership
    • Define and drive the creative strategy, brand identity, and visual storytelling across all platforms.
    • Lead design conceptualization, campaign art direction, and execution for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and high-end productions.
    • Integrate AI-based tools into creative workflows to scale productivity and innovation.
  • Design & Execution
    • Oversee production of graphic design assets (branding, social media, campaigns).
    • Guide video production & editing, from scripting/storyboarding to motion graphics and final delivery.
    • Lead website/UI/UX design, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Team & Project Management
    • Manage and mentor a team of designers, editors, and freelancers, fostering creativity and growth.
    • Build efficient creative pipelines using AI-assisted design for ideation, editing, and automation.
    • Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Innovation & AI
    • Experiment with AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) to push creative boundaries.
    • Use AI for concept generation, creative variations, video editing, and campaign personalization.
    • Stay ahead of design, AI, and digital marketing trends to keep the team and brand future-ready.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in creative/visual design roles, with at least 1+ years in a leadership position.
  • Strong portfolio covering graphic design, video, and website/UI projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and AI-powered design platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and digital-first creative strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead a team of 10+.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or 3D design tools.
  • Experience with no-code website builders (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify).
  • Hands-on with prompt engineering for AI tools to maximize creative outputs.
