Job Title: Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Quality Specialist with strong technical expertise to work on large data sets, understand stored procedures, and independently develop data-driven automation logic.

  • Design and implement custom data validation scripts based on provided regression test cases.
  • Analyze and translate stored procedure logic into test automation.
  • Compare datasets across environments and generate detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow structured automation practices.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a central automation script repository.
  • Develop and execute test cases with a focus on Fixed Income trading workflows.
  • Create comprehensive QA strategies and test plans from scratch.
  • Drive the creation of regression test suites for critical back-office applications.
  • Work closely with development, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide regular reporting on QA progress and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Bring strong subject matter expertise in the Financial Services Industry, particularly fixed income trading products and workflows.
  • Ensure effective communication (written and verbally) with global stakeholders.
  • Independently troubleshoot difficult and complex issues on different environments.
  • Deliver end-to-end projects, coordinate between teams, and manage stakeholder queries.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail, work in a dynamic environment while maintaining high quality standards, and develop good internal working relationships.
  • Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
