Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to fill this key role. As a leader in the quality assurance function, you will be responsible for defining quality standards and best practices, designing and implementing test automation strategies, and establishing and maintaining QA processes across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting

Requirements:
  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
