About the Role

Our Customer Data Platform team is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic group.

In this foundational role in MarTech, data engineering, and analytics, you will gain hands-on experience working with industry-leading marketing technology tools, managing large-scale customer data, and contributing to actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop skills in MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain expertise in the customer data lifecycle – collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Conduct thorough data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Perform data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to effectively communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support data integration projects, ensuring seamless workflow and accuracy.

Requirements & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficient knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is an asset.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is beneficial.
