Accounting Analyst Role

About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks including AP management, AR management, creating and sending invoices for clients, managing payroll for clients, and performing monthly close activities.
  • Prepare financial statements, create and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports.
  • Preparation of sales and payroll tax returns, development of one-on-one relationships with project leads, and ensuring accuracy of client reports within scheduled timeframes.
  • Drive quality project deliverables, enhance leadership skills, and guide Associates on delivery work.
  • Participate in Training and Development to hone skills of peers and self.

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Accounting is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail, knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.
