**Job Title:** Senior Data Engineering Professional

Are you a highly skilled data engineering professional looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise to drive business growth? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Data Engineering Professional.

As a Senior Data Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects within the APJ Data Engineering Team. You will perform source to target data analysis and mappings, collaborate with admins, developers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure successful functionality delivery, and perform requirement analysis and coordinate with project managers and development teams to drive the delivery cycle.

You will also work closely with the scrum master on product backlogs and help with sprint planning. Additionally, you will improve or support solutions using Pyspark/EMR, SQL, and databases, AWS Athena, S3, Redshift, AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Glue, and other data engineering technologies.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and at least 6 years of experience in data engineering using AWS services, Pyspark/EMR. They will also have certifications like AWS Certified Data Analytics, CCA Spark, and Hadoop Developer or CCP Data Engineer. The candidate should have full life cycle project implementation experience in AWS using Databricks Pyspark/EMR, Athena, S3, Redshift, AWS API Gateway, Lambda, Glue, and other handled services.

They should also have good experience with Power BI and experience with agile development methodologies by following DevOps, Data Ops, and Dev Sec Ops practices. A strong analytical experience with database writing complex queries, query optimization, debugging, user-defined functions, views, indexes, etc., is also required.
