Demand Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Specialist to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.

This role is a key contributor to our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure demand plans support our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Utilize ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
