Job Title: Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in environmental science, sustainability, and climate change.

  • Assist in collecting, processing, and reporting ESG data aligned with global frameworks like GRI, BRSR, SASB, and TCFD.
  • Support conducting carbon footprint assessments (GHG accounting – Scope 1, 2, 3) according to the GHG Protocol.
  • Perform research and benchmarking for materiality assessments and ESG KPIs.
  • Help prepare sustainability reports and client presentations.
  • Contribute to life cycle assessments (LCA) and supply chain sustainability analysis.
  • Track ESG regulations, disclosure requirements, and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with GHG Protocol, GRI Standards, Net Zero concepts, and carbon markets.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
