Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our environmental sustainability strategy. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business decision-making processes, enhance transparency, and drive continuous improvement in ESG performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ESG data collection and monitoring tools. A minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields is required, preferably within a corporate environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy, goals, and initiatives in alignment with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct thorough ESG assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies, operations, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate key ESG performance indicators, such as greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water consumption, waste management, community engagement, diversity and inclusion, and ethical business practices.
  • Prepare and maintain ESG reports and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, regulators, and industry organizations.
  • Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks, and recommend appropriate actions to enhance our ESG performance.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as investors, rating agencies, ESG research firms, and industry peers, to enhance transparency and credibility.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations and Communications teams to effectively communicate our ESG initiatives and performance to internal and external audiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ESG-related topics, providing guidance and support to internal teams and senior management.
