As a storage expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our data storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of data management features, including cloud services, SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB) concepts and environments.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions that meet the needs of our customers, using expertise in automation tools like Ansible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data services, leveraging experience with object store services.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and communication, utilizing excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible.
  • Experience managing data within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
