Chief Financial Planning Analyst

Business Overview:
HCL is seeking a highly skilled FP&A professional to join our team.
As an FP&A professional, you will be responsible for producing monthly reports, evaluating financial performance, analyzing past results, and making recommendations for improvements.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles, with expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting, and Advance Excel, Power Point knowledge.
Experience in PeopleSoft and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Financial Performance Evaluation: Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Financial Analysis: Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems
- At least 3-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles
- Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting, and Advance Excel, Power Point knowledge
- Experience in PeopleSoft and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, accounting skills, and a go-getter attitude
