Product Development Manager

  • New Product Development:
  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for LED TV products, from concept to commercialization.

  • Manufacturing Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce cycle time, and drive cost reductions.
  • Customer Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients/OEMs for new product co-development and product customizations.
  • Product Testing Reliability:
  • Oversee product validation processes including reliability testing, quality benchmarking, and compliance with national/international standards.
  • Quality Cost Focus:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance product quality while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • years of experience in RD, preferably in LED TV, display technologies, or consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of leading new product development and successful product launches.
  • Strong understanding of LED TV architecture, electronics, display modules, and system integration.
  • Expertise in reliability and environmental testing, design validation, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to interface effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with cost analysis, BOM optimization, and design for manufacturability.
  • Strategic mindset with strong project management and leadership capabilities.
