WFM Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) leader to join our Registration & Compliance organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic professional with expertise in WFM and Operations to make a significant impact on our business. The successful candidate will lead various projects that directly impact cost, service level agreements (SLAs), and customer experience.

• The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Key responsibilities include end-to-end service level delivery, headcount utilization, and driving operational excellence through process improvements and technology adoption.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a WFM or Operations setting.
• Strong working knowledge of WFM platforms, such as Aspect or equivalent eWFM systems.
• Advanced data analytics skills, particularly in relation to WFM and Ops metrics.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, economics, math, statistics).
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field, 7+ years of experience in WFM or Operations, and expertise in advanced data analytics.
