WFM Strategist

Job Title: Business Partner Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Partner Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, operations, and clients to ensure optimal workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, and real-time performance monitoring.

• Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and client stakeholders on workforce management-related matters.
• Provide strategic advice to business leaders on staffing, productivity, and cost optimization while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Develop and maintain long-term, mid-term, and short-term capacity plans, forecasting call volumes, workloads, FTE requirements, and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to align hiring and onboarding plans with forecast demand.
• Oversee intraday management, real-time monitoring, and SLA adherence, driving corrective actions to maintain service levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of WFM analysts and real-time specialists, building capability within the WFM team to handle complex modeling and analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in workforce planning and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Experience with workforce management tools and systems, preferably in a similar role.
• Strategic thinker with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
