Job Title: Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to lead our SAP EDI integration efforts. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between SAP systems and external trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP EDI interfaces to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve EDI-related issues and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process guides, and training materials for EDI operations.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP EDI developments, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP EDI integration.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenText B2B Managed Services and SAP IDoc processing.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), communication protocols, and partner onboarding.
  • Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and Sterling Integrator is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting EDI errors and managing EDI queues and reprocessing.
