Key Responsibilities:- Be an expert on Salesforce platform technology.
- Develop optimum, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and fit into the larger enterprise architecture landscape.
- Drive technical solutions and design for major projects/enhancements - Evaluate options, prepare high-level designs, review low-level designs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and innovation in the client context and drive adoption.
- Provide support on RFPs, estimations, and solutioning for new deals.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Foster communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce technical architecture.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Sync-Async processes, Integrations – Rest and SOAP, LWC, Flows, and other customizations skills.
- A deep understanding of system integration and data management strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools and methodologies.
- The ability to design scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect, and System Architect certifications are required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI skills like Agentforce is beneficial.
