Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to assume the role of Social Protection Officer.

This position involves working closely with designated teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi, as well as leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to forecast requirements and ensure timely supply of essential items.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on health care behavior to create awareness among target groups.
  • Ensure support from villagers and other stakeholders for the smooth operation of MMUs.
  • Implement bio-medical waste disposal procedures as per MPCC guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Graduation with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Diploma or certificate in computer application is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
