Dean of Research Leadership

The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, drive policy development, and ensure alignment with institutional goals.

  • Provide strategic guidance across academic and research programs.
  • Formulate and implement policies for research initiatives.
  • Lead the development of a vibrant research culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive innovation in research processes and promote intellectual property creation.

Represent the University in sponsored projects, collaborating with Principal Investigators to develop and manage funded research proposals.

Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and quality assurance for all sponsored projects.

Track and promote faculty/student participation in funded research schemes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor diverse academic teams.

They will have expertise in research funding mechanisms, compliance requirements, and academic regulations.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change is essential.
