Job Title: Design Assistant Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for supporting the lead designer in managing design projects and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Assist the lead designer in planning and executing design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create design solutions.
  • Review and provide feedback on design work produced by team members.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with experience in leading projects and collaborating with various teams. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a team environment.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
