A leading architectural firm seeks a highly skilled Design Architect to join their team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with international exposure to lead our design efforts. Proficiency in various software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concept designs and working drawings for multi-family residential buildings, hospitality projects, and educational facilities.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring regular updates and incorporating feedback into project plans.
  • Manage vendors and consultants, staying up-to-date on the latest materials and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience in multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, and/or educational facilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to prioritize client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
