About this Role:

As a seasoned UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-centric digital experiences.

  • Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms that align with our brand's aesthetic and tone.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Elevate our digital presence by ensuring consistency in branding, layout, typography, and design language across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Design

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative user experiences.

UX Design

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to enhance user engagement and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design and visual communication.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A portfolio showcasing a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and diverse work across platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools or a willingness to learn and explore.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
