Job Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Security Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our cyber security initiatives and ensuring the overall security posture of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in developing and implementing security strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Lead security awareness training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security integration into all aspects of the business
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on leadership and strategy
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards
- Experience with security tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
