Job Description

This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and the unique challenges of product development. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master who can facilitate Planning Increment events and all Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and remove impediments.
  • Coach teams on Lean thinking, SAFe principles, and ensure sprint goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
