Highly skilled professionals are sought to lead and execute comprehensive performance testing for online banking applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance optimization and extensive experience with leading-edge tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies for large-scale online banking systems.
  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to define and deliver high-quality performance requirements.
  • Analyze results, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless integration of performance testing within continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Expertise in the BFSI/online banking domain with a deep understanding of its complexities.
  • Proficiency with industry-leading performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling.
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring (APM) tools and their integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell, with a focus on scripting.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
