Telecaller Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecaller to join our team in Salem. As an Expert Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English and Hindi. You should also possess experience with customer service and outbound calling, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages
  • Provide detailed information about our packages and answer customer inquiries
  • Handle bookings and follow up on leads
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English and Hindi
  • Experience with customer service and outbound calling
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
