R&D Leader

Tata Electronics is seeking a highly experienced and skilled R&D leader to head our Power Technologies team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge power technologies that will enable us to stay ahead in the market.

• Lead the development and implementation of power technologies that meet our business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of power technologies into our products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power technologies
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and researchers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed

• 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong background in power technologies
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing new technologies into high-volume production
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
