As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founders and the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational success. You will be at the forefront of fast-evolving generative AI technology, shaping Gnani.ai's growth and ensuring successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies across India and globally.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence key aspects of Gnani.ai's business, from product innovation to global market expansion. You will oversee high-impact initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support cross-functional collaboration, all while ensuring the company remains a leader in voice-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with the founders to shape the strategic direction and long-term vision of Gnani.ai, ensuring alignment across all leadership initiatives and teams.
2. Product Focus: Stay deeply involved in the company's AI product offerings, including conversational AI, voice biometrics, agent assist, and conversational analytics. Drive the strategic vision and development of these solutions.
3. Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between the executive team and department heads. Relay key insights and metrics from board meetings to internal teams and ensure company-wide transparency.
4. Consultation and Analysis: Provide key insights and data analysis on company productivity, market opportunities, and competitor trends to guide decision-making at the executive level. Propose strategies to enhance workflow and collaboration across departments.
5. Team Performance: Develop and track performance metrics across departments to ensure alignment with company goals. Deliver these metrics to the board and executive team.
6. Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in the organization's processes and work with relevant teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Implement systems that foster scalability and operational excellence.
7. Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis, ensuring Gnani.ai stays ahead of emerging trends in AI and voice technologies. Present actionable insights to the leadership team.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure effective collaboration between all departments (R&D, Product, Sales, Marketing) to meet the company's strategic objectives. Act as a point of alignment across teams to maintain focus on the company's core goals.
9. Decision Support: Provide founders with data-driven insights and business intelligence to support key decisions. This includes analyzing new business opportunities, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
10. Investor Relations: Assist in managing relations with investors, including InfoEdge Ventures and Samsung Ventures. Prepare compelling pitch decks, coordinate meetings, and articulate Gnani.ai's growth narrative effectively.
11. Leadership Development: Mentor department heads, ensuring their professional development is aligned with Gnani.ai's business goals. Support the leadership team in building high-performing teams.

Key Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree from Tier I institutions (IITs, NITs, or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Chief of Staff role, management consulting, investment banking, operations, or senior project management, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.
