Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned Wellness Manager to spearhead the growth and development of wellness engagement strategies.

This position is responsible for designing, executing, and tracking plans to meet client expectations.

  1. Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments to provide exceptional service.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management team to establish implementation timelines and metrics for new accounts.
  3. Travel to onsite meetings as required.
  4. Evaluate and implement wellness program designs that meet client goals.
  5. Review population aggregate and participation status reports with clients on a regular basis.
  6. Identify potential program enhancements to increase member satisfaction using trend data.
  7. Monitor and measure client program data throughout the year.
  8. Communicate with clients and represent their interests within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Prior experience in managing corporate wellness programs.
  • Strong client engagement skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of orchestrating cross-functional engagements.
  • Good negotiation skills.
