Job Title: Assistant Manager Placement

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager Placement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain and monitoring the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes. Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with corporates are essential. Additionally, the candidate should have good knowledge and relations with corporates and an inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.

  • Provide placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain
  • Monitor the student life cycle to ensure standard outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporates
  • Conduct job market studies and provide insights to the team
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the organization
Responsibilities:
  • Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities
  • Liaise with companies to secure placements for students
  • Visit company directors and HR heads to discuss manpower requirements and placement tie-ups
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities
