Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bespoke consultations adhering to brand protocols and consultation guidelines for consistency and efficacy.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on product selection and holistic self-care routines through in-store, virtual, or event-based consultations.
• Develop tailored recommendations based on Prakriti analysis and client concerns.
• Compile literature reviews and ingredient dossiers for internal knowledge repositories.
• Contribute to informative content for digital platforms as required.
• Support staff training sessions on Ayurvedic concepts and ingredients as needed.
• Assist in research and identification of natural ingredients based on ancient Ayurvedic texts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the skincare, wellness, or beauty sector.
• Proven customer-facing experience, consultations, or workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor aligned with the luxury wellness space.
