Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, particularly in AI/ML and Generative AI, and will be hands-on in contributing to the development process. This role will be key in driving the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
  2. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for the KonProz GPT platform.
  3. Drive technical innovation and ensure that engineering practices meet the highest standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
  5. Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate best practices into the platform.
  6. Contribute hands-on coding when necessary and mentor the engineering team.
  7. Lead the engineering team in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
  8. Ensure the product meets legal, tax, and regulatory requirements with in-depth knowledge of these sectors.
Qualifications
  • 6-7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience managing engineering teams while remaining technically involved.
  • Proficiency in Python (must-have).
  • Familiarity with Java, Go, and R (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Next.js.
  • Experience with backend technologies, specifically Node.js.
  • Knowledge of authentication systems like Auth0.
  • Experience with server and database technologies, especially AWS and Firestore.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and deployment practices.
  • Good knowledge of the legal, tax, and regulatory sectors in India.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
