Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integrity Engineer to join our team. As an Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for executing, establishing, and improvising integrity work processes. You will also be involved in visual inspection management and analysis, as well as monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute, establish, and improvise integrity work processes, including thickness inspection management and analysis, corrosion management and analysis, inspection plan development/optimization, and integrity assessment/assurance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integrity recommendation stewardship.
  • Develop and implement risk-based inspection strategies, work scopes, and welding/major repairs plans.
  • Conduct above ground storage tank inspections, inspection data analysis for corrosion rates, and API 653 remaining life assessments.
  • Implement full-cycle risk-based inspection plans, including data collection, damage mechanism evaluation, consequence evaluation, risk threshold identification, and mitigation ruleset development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, material engineering, or other related disciplines from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and coordination of quality surveillance or inspection activities for projects in the oil and gas industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in inspection and corrosion discipline with direct owner-user company responsibilities in refinery or petrochemical or upstream oil and gas facilities.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fixed equipment mechanical integrity-related discipline with direct owner-user company responsibilities in refinery or petrochemical or upstream oil and gas facilities.
  • Certification and in-depth working knowledge in API 580, API 510, API 570, API 571, API 653, NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist, BSI ISO/ENI AS Standards, AWS/CSWIP/ASNT NDT Techniques.
  • Working knowledge in key sections of ASME Sec Div. 1/2, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec II, ASME B31.3/B31.1/B31.4/B31.8, ASME PCC-2.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in shift timings (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) with flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as per business needs.
