As a Life and Wellness Coach, you will partner with our members in a collaborative and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth. You will be responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in areas of significance.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone calls.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their objectives in common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health and wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team as needed.
  • Deliver culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
\Requirements:\
  • Hold an active credential from a globally recognized coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies adhering to similar professional and ethical standards.
  • Possess a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Demonstrate adaptability across various life, professional, and/or health and wellbeing related challenges.
  • Have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Commit to quality care, desiring to expand capabilities and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
  • Enjoy working independently, yet also appreciate the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
