About this Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to design for a diverse market: the holy grail of Design. You will play a key part in developing our app and future products, focusing initially on private security guards in the Private Security Industry, and then expanding beyond it.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sessions.
  2. Research: Assist in field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and documentation of insights.
  3. UI + Visuals: Contribute to wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma.
  4. Prototyping: Support in creating low-to-mid fidelity prototypes; learn to refine interactions and transitions.
  5. Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to design assets – wireframes, components, UI layouts, or prototypes.
  2. Support UX research – usability testing, field interactions, or documenting user feedback.
  3. Collaborate with design team members, share updates, and learn tools/processes hands-on.
