Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Fabric Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to lead our team in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.

  • Design and Implement Microsoft Fabric Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs that meet business needs.
  • Lead a Team of Data Engineers and Analysts: Oversee the delivery of data solutions by leading a team of experienced professionals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
  • Define Data Ingestion, Transformation, and Storage Strategies: Develop data strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics to support business objectives.
  • Establish Governance and Security Frameworks: Develop and implement governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Maintain Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience in Microsoft Fabric: Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Fabric solutions, including client implementation projects.
  • Power BI and Azure Data Services Expertise: Strong understanding of Power BI and Azure Data Services, including Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
  • Data Modeling and ETL/ELT Processes: Excellent knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance principles.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
