Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform.

You will be responsible for leading the design of our mobile apps, dashboards, and web applications. Your goal will be to create simple, intuitive, and beautiful experiences that translate complex AI security features into usable interfaces.

This is a core, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, iteration, and mission-driven design. You will lead cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions of users across continents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards.
  • Simplify flows for all platforms.
  • Translate AI features into usable interfaces.
  • Build and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators).
Experience
  • 6–10 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS).
  • Shipped both B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems).
  • Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools.
Technical Skills
  • Expert in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC.
  • Motion/interaction prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Hotjar, or UX tools.
Soft Skills
  • Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking.
  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users.
  • Passion for design's role in shaping secure digital futures.
