Technical Lead Position

The role of a Technical Lead involves overseeing the design, development, and delivery of complex applications. This includes driving end-to-end architecture and database design to ensure scalability and performance.

  • Lead teams in developing software solutions that meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and lead by example.

A successful candidate should have strong expertise in database design, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. They should also have hands-on experience in microservices development using Golang and proficiency in frontend development with Angular.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver complex software applications.
  • Drive architecture and database design for scalable and high-performance applications.
  • Provide technical direction to junior developers and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of microservices, frontend, and cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of database schema design, optimization, and indexing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in microservices development using Golang.
  • Proficiency in frontend development with Angular.
  • Practical exposure to AWS Cloud Services and Linux environments.
