Job Overview:

The Senior IT Executive plays a pivotal role in the organization's technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with security protocols.

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversees the management of local servers, including file servers, DNS, DHCP, AD, and backup systems, as well as Microsoft Azure cloud services—VMs, storage, backups, and identity management.
  • Network Administration: Manages network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs, and configures and maintains firewall policies, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control.
  • Hardware Support: Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktops, laptops, servers, and related IT hardware, handles routine maintenance, patching, and performance optimization, and manages and maintains Wi-Fi networks, access points, and user authentication.
  • CCTV Support: Provides basic support for CCTV systems, including NVR monitoring and storage backup checks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintains detailed documentation of infrastructure, network configurations, and IT procedures, and assists with IT audits, asset tracking, and compliance documentation as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in system and network administration in a hybrid (cloud + local) setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN).
  • Proficient in firewall setup and management (Fortinet, Sophos, or equivalent).
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Familiarity with CCTV/IP camera basics and network storage monitoring is a plus.
