We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee the complete project cycle from client coordination to preparing high-quality construction documents. This role requires great coordination skills, in-depth knowledge of the project cycle, and expertise in structure coordination, MEP services, and building codes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 9 years of experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable college, and proficiency in software like Auto-CAD. Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team handling experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client coordination and design intent management
- Preparing high-quality construction documents
- Coodinating with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and site contractors
- Leading a team of project architects and assigning tasks efficiently
