Key Role

We are seeking a skilled consultant to work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized SuccessFactors configurations that meet their needs.
  • Configure and implement multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Time Management, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors best practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and Time Management.
  • Experience with configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules for large organizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
