Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our suite of products to assist customers in maximizing their digital presence.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers in managing their online menus during onboarding and post-launch, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver viable solutions or alternatives, facilitate issue resolution, and drive long-term value for our clients.
  • Build strong relationships by engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably within SaaS.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work during US hours (night-shift).
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, especially in roles involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
  • A basic understanding of API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.

Our ideal candidate will possess 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably within SaaS.
