Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer and Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, along with database experience and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5+ developers, ensuring delivery, code quality, and best practices.
  • Design and develop scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Manage source control using Git.
  • Optimize performance and ensure security across systems.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and testable code.
  • Work with RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10 years of overall software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficient in Git and Agile development practices.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on eGovernment projects.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Basic frontend development experience (React, Angular, etc.).
