Job Summary

This Strategic Manager of Investments will lead the Manager Research team responsible for investment strategy and research development at Delegated Solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate subject matter expertise in leading the manager research vertical and contribute to the investment decision-making and manager-selection processes.

  • Leading quantitative and qualitative data requests from traditional and alternatives asset managers for fund due diligence
  • Demonstrating subject matter expertise in leading the manager research vertical
  • Contributing to the investment decision-making and manager-selection processes
  • Conducting fund manager due diligence, involving a broad set of qualitative and quantitative considerations

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in global markets with adequate exposure in multi-asset/alternatives and prior experience in asset management or investment research with strong understanding of investment strategies. A CFA Charterholder and/or progress towards CFA at advance levels is preferred.

Candidates should also possess:

  • Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proactive and outcome orientated with the ability to work well as part of a team and develop positive working relationships across the organisation
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines, while delivering a high quality end product
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of all asset class with a key focus on alternatives asset class
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire to expand your traditional and alternatives asset class knowledge
