Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire SCM function, including procurement, vendor development, logistics, inventory, and distribution. This role entails developing and implementing effective SCM strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Supply Chain Management: The ideal candidate should possess expertise in procurement, negotiation, vendor registration, logistics, inventory, and invoicing.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing effective SCM strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and turnaround time.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Ensuring smooth and timely material dispatches in line with customer requirements and project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Building strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply quality and service.
  • Material Dispatch and Logistics: Monitoring logistics activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with E-way bills and challans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualification: B.Tech in Electricals or Electronics (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Up to 20 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering industries.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in ERP/SCM software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
