Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless logistics and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with various departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, including receiving, shipment, reconciliation, billing, payment collection, and abnormal event processing
  • Collaborate with planning, production, warehousing, and finance teams to follow up on customer delivery dates, prepare documents, and arrange shipments
  • Maintain data accuracy in PLM/ORACLE/MES/EIP systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company standards
  • Manage transportation and settlement documents, including E-WAYBILL, E-INVOICE, LR, L/C settlement documents, etc.
  • Monitor logistics transportation and distribution in real-time, identifying and resolving any anomalies that may arise
  • Ensure customer order ledger data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with departmental improvement initiatives, including standardizing operation processes, establishing management systems, and providing training to team members

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong understanding of logistics and sales principles is essential, as well as experience working with PLM/ORACLE/MES/EIP systems. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
