We are seeking an experienced Client Success Partnership Lead to join our Partner Success team at Adventus io. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our institution partnerships flourish through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic partnership plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring milestones are set and a culture of ownership and responsibility is maintained.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, ensuring accountability for achieving partnership outcomes, and owning relationships with partner institutions.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and relevant reporting to various stakeholders, as well as data analytics support to partners.

About You:

  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in client partner success or account management roles, preferably in education institutions.
  • A proven track record in managing high-performing partnerships, strong commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills are essential.
  • You must be a great team player, able to work autonomously, and demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
