Job Overview:

The Strategic Partnerships Development Director will lead Stefanini's efforts to establish and nurture strong relationships with top advisory firms. This strategic channel is pivotal in positioning Stefanini's service offerings in front of large enterprise clients, aiming to increase the likelihood of being invited to participate in bids and drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advisor Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with leading advisory firms to position Stefanini as a key player in advisory-driven business.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with selected advisors to effectively position Stefanini's portfolio of solutions, aligning with the needs of large enterprises.
  • Program Leadership: Structure and execute the strategic program to maximize revenue through advisor partnerships, setting clear goals and tracking performance against those targets.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Lead coordination with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and executive leadership to ensure effective positioning of Stefanini's offerings with advisors.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create effective collateral, messaging, and presentations that communicate Stefanini's value proposition to advisors and their clients.
  • Market Insights and Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in the advisory space to refine Stefanini's Go-to-Market strategy continuously.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment of Stefanini's strategic objectives with advisor channel strategy and track key engagement metrics and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Deal Support: Work closely with the sales and presales teams to support the execution of bids and proposals introduced through advisor networks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales enablement within technology, consulting, or IT services industries.
  • Strong Relationships: Strong relationships with top advisors (such as ISG, Gartner, etc.) and a deep understanding of the advisory and outsourcing landscape.
  • Leveraging Internal Teams: Ability to lead and influence internal teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Successful Positioning: Demonstrated track record of successfully positioning a company's offerings in competitive bids and driving sales growth.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
