Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position for a skilled social media professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media posts, and interacting with our audience. They will also monitor social media metrics and provide insightful reports to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Create, curate, and publish captivating content (text, image, video, stories).
  • Design and implement creative, trendy, and engaging social media campaigns/ideas for our clients.
  • Briefing, reviewing, and approving assets with the audio, video, design, and post-production teams.
  • Provide clear instructions to our design and audio team on adapting content for different social media channels.
  • Collaborate with account managers and creative directors to formulate agency briefs and strategies in response to client requests.
  • Maintain a strong, positive presence in our clients' online communities.
  • Monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report on trends.
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Communicate social media authority with clients via email or video calls.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in making strategic decisions/providing guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong copywriting skills required).
  • Have an excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and can communicate effectively to work within tight timelines.
