Senior Marketing Strategist

This is a key role responsible for driving marketing efforts to promote engineering solutions and products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering concepts coupled with marketing and business acumen, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote engineering solutions and products.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales and business development objectives to achieve growth targets.
  • Translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits and solutions.
  • Position products effectively in the market through value-based messaging and differentiation.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, support pitches, and convert prospects into clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing engineering or technical product marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering products, solutions, and technical sales processes.
  • Proven expertise in market analysis, campaign management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
